This past weekend, the Clark Cougars participated in a competitive swim meet in West Houston, Texas, where many athletes achieved personal bests in their respective events. Several standout performances highlighted the weekend:

• Parker Mandacina qualified for the A Final in both the 200 IM and the 100 Breaststroke. She finished in the top 8 with times of 2:10.83 and 1:07.48, respectively.
• Ellison Mandacina earned a spot in the C Final in the 100 Butterfly, concluding the race with a time of 1:00.74.
• Carlos Baez del Bosque also qualified for the C Final in the 100 Butterfly with a time of 53.60. Additionally, he placed as an alternate in the 200 Freestyle, clocking in at 1:49.49.

It was an exciting weekend of racing, and the Clark Cougars demonstrated outstanding skill and determination. Besides swimming, it was a great experience for the swimmers and an opportunity to have fun and get to know each other better. Congratulations to all the swimmers on their achievements!
