The NISD TISCA Meet took place and the Cougars brought home some medals! Big congratulations for achieving the following:

-1st place in the men's 400yds free relay integrated by Carlos Baez del Bosque, Charlie Capener, Jase Wardlow, and Connor Hsieh

-3rd place in the men's 200yds medley relay 

-Jase Wardlow second place in 100yds breastroke 

-Carlos Baez del Bosque 2nd place in the 50yds free and 1st place in the 500yds free. 

-Shaia Camarillo 2nd place in the 100yds back.

-Sophie Pomeroy 3rd place in the 100yds back. 

-2nd place girls 400yds free relay integrated by Olivia Salazar, Sophie Pomeroy, Niv Pakala, and Shaia Camarillo.
